ELOFIT is suitable for the conveyance and distribution of drinking water and alimentary fluids, fuel and inert gases and for water treatment plants, centralised irrigation and sewage systems, fire protection systems and pipe relining.The ELOFIT system is mostly assembled through the electrofusion process.On the inside, the fitting houses electrical resistors connected to the outside cable terminals. When current moves through them, these resistors generate the heat needed to melt polyethylene.Energy is transmitted directly and exclusively to the surface where pipe and fitting come into contact with each other, producing heat welding.The main feature of ELOFIT fittings is the high quality and reliability of the welding.
